For accuracy you have to deburr the inside of the flash hole. If you flash hole deburr and primer pocket uniform you will see smaller groups. The standard Flash Hole Deburring Tool comes with a pre-set cutter. The PPC Flash Hole Deburring Tool does not have a pre-set cutter.
